Water facts & tips

Water is essential for life, making up about 60% of the human body, and is crucial for hydration and bodily functions.

Store bottled water in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Keep the bottles sealed until use. For tap water, keep it in a clean, covered container in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.

Get into the habit of drinking water every morning - try drinking at least 2 glasses of room temperature water as soon as you wake up. Most people are dehydrated in the morning and need water to boost their brains.
