Hot Chocolate

Hot chocolate was first made by the Aztecs and Mayans, though it was much more bitter than today's versions.

Store hot chocolate mix in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. It can be kept for up to a year. Prepared hot chocolate should be consumed immediately or stored in the refrigerator and used within a day.
