Gorgonzola Cheese

Gorgonzola, one of the world's oldest blue cheeses, originates from the town of Gorgonzola, Italy.

Choose Gorgonzola based on age; young cheese is milder and creamier, while aged is more intense and crumbly.

Store gorgonzola cheese in the refrigerator, tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or in a sealed container, and use within two to three weeks. For longer storage, freeze it in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to six months.
