Edam Cheese

Edam cheese originates from the Netherlands and is known for its distinctive red wax coating.

Younger Edam is milder, aged is more robust.

Store Edam cheese in the refrigerator, tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or in a sealed container, and use within two to three weeks. For longer storage, you can freeze it in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to six months.
