Cheddar Cheese

Cheddar cheese originates from the village of Cheddar in England.

Choose aged cheddar for a sharper taste. Color is not an indicator of quality, as it can be added.

Store cheddar cheese in the refrigerator, tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or in a sealed container, and use within two to three weeks. For longer storage, you can freeze it in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to six months, although freezing may change the texture.
