Bow Tie Pasta

Bow tie pasta, also known as farfalle, means "butterflies" in Italian.

Store dried bow tie pasta in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to one to two years. Cooked bow tie pasta should be refrigerated in an airtight container and used within three to five days. For longer storage, freeze cooked pasta in an airtight container for up to three months.
